Meet the Founders
Emanuel Poindexter Hill &
Zaina Ihenacho-Hill

Our Story
Bro Com was founded by Emanuel Poindexter-Hill and his wife, Zaina Ihenacho-Hill, visionary entrepreneur, senior publicist, and founder of Girl Com, Bro Com’s sister brand dedicated to empowering women in eCommerce, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Together, the couple recognized something important:
There was a missing link.
As Girl Com rapidly evolved into a thriving national platform supporting product-based founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders, Emanuel and Zaina saw the need for a joining organization specifically designed for men.
A space where men could not only grow in business, but also feel supported, seen, and connected.
While many organizations focus solely on entrepreneurship, Bro Com was intentionally created to represent something much bigger than men in business.
It is a brotherhood rooted in community, opportunity, leadership, wellness, and legacy.
Bro Com was founded on the belief that men deserve spaces where they can build authentic relationships, access real opportunities, and receive meaningful support while navigating business, leadership, fatherhood, wellness, and personal growth.
The Vision Behind Bro Com
Emanuel brings a unique perspective to the
organization through years of leadership,
operational excellence, and community impact. His experience leading teams, large-scale infrastructure operations, problem-solving, and managing systems
that impact thousands daily helped shape Bro Com’s foundation: discipline, accountability, structure, and leadership.
Combined with Zaina’s extensive background in entrepreneurship, public relations, business development, retail readiness, and national brand strategy, the two envisioned a platform that would empower men to think bigger, build stronger, and
lead intentionally.
